These terms govern your use of the Sovereign Scents website (sovereignscents.in) and any orders you place with us. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We make every effort to accurately describe our fragrances, including notes, concentration, and type (original or inspired). Colour and packaging of decant atomisers may vary slightly from photos.

Fragrance is a highly personal, subjective experience. We cannot guarantee that a fragrance will perform identically on every individual — skin chemistry, temperature, and humidity all affect how a scent develops. This is not grounds for a return.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time and without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you'll be charged.

We accept UPI and credit/debit cards via Razorpay. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a payment cannot be verified.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including — but not limited to — stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

We do not accept returns on opened or used fragrance products. Replacements and refunds are available for damaged, incorrect, or defective orders. Full details are in our Returns Policy.

All content on this website — including the Sovereign Scents name, logo, product photography, and written descriptions — is our property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Product and brand names referenced in "inspired by" listings are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. Sovereign Scents is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any referenced brand.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sovereign Scents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
