Shipping Policy

Once your payment is confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 6 PM or on Sundays are picked up the following business day.

Each order is carefully inspected, filled, sealed, and bubble-wrapped before dispatch to ensure your fragrances arrive intact.

Timelines are estimates and can vary during holidays, sales events, or due to courier delays.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹999.

All decants are filled in high-quality atomisers, sealed with tape, individually bubble-wrapped, and placed in a padded box before dispatch. We take extra care because fragrance bottles are fragile — every order is checked before it leaves.

We use discreet, branded packaging so the box won't reveal the contents to anyone who happens to see it at your door.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website. You can also check your order status from your Account → Orders page on our site.

We're unable to deliver to certain remote pincodes where our courier partners do not operate. If your pincode isn't serviceable, you'll be notified at checkout before payment.
